Unionization of a multi-site, complex organization is not a simple process. Negotiating a first Collective Agreement is an equally challenging task. We were referred to Barteaux Durnford for their outstanding reputation in these areas.

e-Discovery Management...

We were facing a critical issue of potential privacy breaches involving a large amount of data, some of which was highly confidential. Barteaux Durnford employed sophisticated litigation software and technical knowledge to promptly and systematically analyze over 20,000 files.

Their team developed a detailed coding scheme to isolate files as per privacy laws to identify risk of foreseeable harm such as identity theft and reputational damage. Reports were generated instantly, enabling us to prioritize our resources and focus on breaches posing the highest risk.
